San Antonio
We took a weekend trip to San Antonio last weekend. We stayed on the Riverwalk in downtown. The kids loved having a hotel room. They shared a bed and actually slept really well despite the "excitement".
Saturday - we spent the entire day at Sea World. Free tickets for military families.
Sunday - we walked along the river and took the kids on the boat tour. We also explored the Alamo. A FUN quick weekend trip!

10 Years!
10 years ago today, John and I were married.
It was a beautiful day!
My parents gave us a dream wedding.
All of our friends and family were there.
This is our story.
We met at Texas A&M. One of our first dates was the RV Ball in 1999.
We spent our weekends watching Aggie football and going out with friends.
After graduation, I took a chemical engineering job at a refinery in Corpus Christi and John was commisioned into the US Army, stationed in Missouri and then North Carolina. We flew back and forth on weekends when we could.
After three years, he proposed on a hiking trip in North Carolina!
We had an amazing wedding!
We went on an exciting honeymoon in Europe!
And then...John was deployed to Afghanistan.
We joke it was the best first year of marriage - no fights! ;)
We moved around with the Army...Fort Leonard Wood (Missouri) and Fort Hood (Texas).
We traveled to exciting places as often as possible! We had fun.

Egypt & Greece - 2006
We bought our first house in Houston, TX.
And then we were blessed with a baby!
And our life turned into this...
We still managed to have fun...

And then we were blessed again! This time a baby girl.
We bought our second home in Dallas, TX.
And life turned into this...
We still escape for a little fun...
But it's really all about this.
I'd marry you ten times over John!
I love you!!
